As a Senior Consultant, currently work with senior leaders within various business groups, such as Placemakers, Mico Plumbing, Higgins Concrete, and other businesses. Focused on Sales growth for their respective business, I worked with their sales teams and developed strategic growth plans with the leaders. The main focus is to develop skills for account managers, B2B sales teams, building sales skills, negotiation skills, account management, forecasting, budgets and industry opportunities. SWOT analysis, sales pipeline and funnel planning and nurturing and hunting sales skills.
Business Coach to General Manager Sales
As a Strategy Consultant, working with the National Sales Manager, I developed a annual sales strategy plan for his national sales team.
We built a Sales skills framework and sales model, tailored to the business and the way the sales team engaged with their customers to increase sales opportunities and revenue Included in the plan was to increase skills through a sales skills training programme for the team.

Working with the MD to develop and implement various Human Resource systems and processes, including the development of a strong business plan and strategy for business growth.
Facilitated sales manager programmes focused on elevating team performance including various sales and branch strategies. Coached leaders coaching with each sales and branch managers to assist with developing skills and positive approaches to engage and embed effective sales routines with their teams to ensure revenue targets are met.
